Method Used:  Samples are analyzed through Plain Light Microscopy with the aide of appropriate staining techniques and visualized under 600X magnification.  The density rating of the sample is estimated by visual observation.  Analyst read 100% of the entire slide.  Spore particulate concentrations are calculated utilizing trace length and microscopic field diameter as recommended and described by the manufactures of the Air-O-Cell method.  All microscopists are experienced Microbiologists or equivalent B.S. degree and/or McCrone certified.
